This multi award winning regeneration project in Salford, Manchester, made good use of the lightweight GRC (Glass Reinforced Concrete) units.

The project took "Best Family Home" and "Best Overall Development" in the Manchester Evening News Property Awards in 2006.

The Broughton Green Project was described as the 'Best of the Best' by Grand Designs presenter Kevin McCloud as it picked up the awards for it's achievements.
