the grey water solution to water saving ...

We flush clean drinking water down our WC's every day. WC flushing has been calculated to account for 30% of our domestic water usage. We use a further 21% in the basin and bath and 12% on showering, totalling 33%.

The new VADO hydrocyc recycles the water used in these areas of the bathroom (known as grey water) and treats it to well beyond the safety standards to be used for flushing the WC.

This allows the water usage per person per day to reach under 80 litres when combined with H2ECo regulated taps and showers.

hydrocyc treats water beyond standards required in BS8525 to be published in early 2010.

how hydrocyc works ...

hydrocyc works by taking grey water from your bath, basin and shower. This water is fed into the hydrocyc unit, where it is treated using patented cyclonic technology, before being pumped to a head tank for use in WC flushing.
