EH Smith Terracotta Facades are an innovative concept for the suspension of smooth clay tiles in a rainscreen application. The performance of the system, utilising the proven principle of a ventilated cavity, creates a condensation free and thermally efficient cladding system, with components which are suited to modern architecture.
The natural beauty and symmetry of the EH Smith Terracotta Facade lies in the precise, clean lines achieved without overlapping, traditionally a method of protecting the tile facade against water ingress. The profile of the tile ensures water drains down the face of the building. All components are tested for structural performance and fasteners are either stainless steel or aluminium.
